Buggy Bunch. The Buggy Bunch builds relationships with mothers in Indian River County to help assist families with services and meet urgent needs. The Buggy Bunch exists to bear witness to the good news of Jesus Christ. Christ Church recently helped fund Memory Boxes for Indian River Medican Center.
Camp Haven. Camp Haven is an Indian River County transitional home that provides supportive living opportunities and education to adults committed to rising out of homelessness. Funds were provide to help refurbish living quarters on the resident side.
Care Net Pregnancy Center (CNPC) of Indian River County. CNPC is a Christ-centered ministry that builds upon the biblical principles of the sanctity of human life, sexual purity, and adoption. Christ Church funds have assisted with general operating expenses.
Church of God By Faith. Funds were provided along with food from a food drive to assist this church with providing a Thanksgiving meal to their congregation and locals from the Gifford area.
IRC Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Their mission is to present to coaches and athletes, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church. Assistance was provided to to assist with their on-going message to all schools in Indian River County.
Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at IRSC. InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is an interdenominational ministry to students and faculty on U.S. college and university campuses, working with more than 41,000 core students and faculty on 687 campuses nationwide. Funds were provided to the Indian River State College campus group to support additional staff and send students to a conference.
The Source. The Source strives to present the Gospel to those who are homeless, indigent, or in critical need; to lead them to a saving faith in Jesus Christ; to instill hope and motivation for improving their lives; and to assist them in obtaining the resources necessary to become productive citizens and achieve lasting life recovery. Funds were provided to assist with their new Dining with Dignity program.
The Salvation Army. The Salvation Army exists to meet human need wherever, whenever, and however we can. Funds were provided along with food from a food drive to assist this church with providing a Thanksgiving meal to their congregation and locals from the Gifford area.
The Women's Refuge. The Women's Refuge is a Christ centered ministry offering both residential and non-residential programs for emotionally wounded women. Women may come for 2 weeks, 3 months, or the 9 month program. We also offer a variety of support groups and individual and marriage counseling to the surrounding community. Funds supported general operating expenses.
