Christ Church Academy is
our parish school.

Currently, we serve more than 90 students in our Preschool and Lower School classes.
Kindergarten through Third Grade students attend theology, music, and art classes along with a weekly Chapel services led by the school Chaplain. We are adding a Fourth Grade class this fall.

As a parochial Christian lower elementary school, Christ Church Academy enacts and furthers the mission of Christ Church Vero Beach to make disciples who follow Jesus Christ with an emphasis on faith, scholarship, service, and civics.

Christ Church Academy is a parochial school and an important part of our mission at Christ Church. As a fully accredited school, our mission is to train champions of truth, making disciples who follow Jesus and lead lives transformed by Him.

By God's grace, we have been given the resources to build a new academic building on campus for our Lower School students, which will open in August 2025. Students in Kindergarten through Fourth Grade will experience a carefully planned space that includes large classrooms, a STEM lab, and Black Box Theater. Our teachers are state certified by the Florida Department of Education and well-qualified by their professional experience. CCA is fully accredited by Christian Schools of Florida (CSF) and the National Council of Private School Accreditation.

In today's world, students need both competency in academic disciplines and a strong foundation in the Word of God. We are committed to helping each student achieve academic excellence and to developing the whole person with programs designed to engage students academically, spiritually, physically, and socially in a safe, creative, and loving environment.

Additionally, we offer a dynamic social structure that allows extended family members to participate in our school community. Throughout the school year, special enrichment opportunities are designed to bring families together through fun-loving, shared experiences.

Our preschool students experience a robust academic morning of learning and play in a gracious Christian environment that emphasizes Biblical values and social development while leading them to the heart of Jesus Christ.

Registration is currently open for the 2025-26 school year, for both preschool and Lower School enrollment. As classes tend to fill up very quickly each year, please contact Mr. Bruce Gammell for current enrollment information or to schedule a facility tour.

LOWER SCHOOL CAMPUS TO OPEN IN FALL 2025!

Opening in the fall of 2025 for K - Grade 4 students.

The Christ Church Academy Lower School will feature spacious classrooms with built-in reading nooks, a state-of-the-art STEAM lab, and a Black Box Theater. Future expansion for K - Grade 8 students is planned as resources become available.

CCA Core Values

At Christ Church Academy, we recognize the value of each student as a child created by God and encourage a holistic approach to development so they are mindful of God’s presence in their lives as they grow and become independent, lifelong learners.

Academic and social skills are developed through exploration, problem solving, and creativity. Our curriculum exceeds the Florida State Standards and attends to the whole child by incorporating lessons and experiences for spiritual, social/emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

CCA is committed to providing a strong, comprehensive academic structure for reading, writing, mathematics, and science that incorporates creativity, critical thinking, technology, and community into the core of our lessons and activities.

We value the role of family responsibility in the education of each student and incorporate ways to include and extend support to the parents and guardians as an extension of our CCA Family.

Our Staff

Our teaching staff are certified educators by the State of Florida who are trained and experienced in providing a stimulating, nurturing learning environment. The curriculum in each classroom is designed to integrate age-based social and cognitive development, strong academic standards, and foundational biblical values.
